Kourouk Dough with Strained Yogurt and Ariani '' Vlacha ''

Materials:

200 g Strained Cow Yogurt

50 g cold Ariani Vlacha

100 g olive oil

30 g butter at room temperature

1 large egg

½ tablespoon of salt

480 – 500 g flour flour

Implementation:

Put yogurt, Aryan, olive oil, butter, flour and egg in a large bowl and mix well, add 2 to 3 servings of flour and knead until well sticky.
