Our dairy factory named “Vlaha ” is a modern and certified dairy factory, inheriting the recipes of its founder, Grandpa Tselepi, which has continued its tradition from 1978 until today.
Grandpa’s love, affection and recipes found shelter in our new privately owned facility, in Escovalta Pella, using modern means and always in cooperationwith local breeders and producers, offering you delicious, nutritious and traditional products.
We always collect fresh milk from the plain of Giannitsa with rich vegetation and thus produce guaranteed local dairy products without additives and preservatives.
All of our products are based on traditional recipes, and thanks to our experience and the technology we use, we offer you the most delicious and nutritious food our country can produce.
Our family runs our dairy factory for 2 generations.
We are housed in modern facilities and have state-of-the-art machinery for production and control of dairy products.
Our priority has been and will be the quality and respect for the customer. Of course we always prove this by having a large clientele and gaining more and more interest day by day .
Our staff is well trained in the production of our dairy products and their main concern is to maintain proper hygiene and safety conditions.
We also have our own mean of transportation and supply daily many delicatessen stores in all Macedonia.
