Mpatzos Saganaki

Materials:

1 pack of Batzos Vlacha

1 bowl of flour

200 ml of beer

Olive oil

1 lemon

Implementation:

  1. Cut the bacon into thick slices.
  2. Prepare the batter with flour and beer to create a thick porridge.
  3. Whip the slices in the porridge and fry in hot olive oil.

Serving:

Serve with slices of lemon.
